A 10 week personal and social development programme, designed to boost the confidence and self-esteem of its participants. By using a combination of lively activity and discussion based workshops, the programme aims to support vulnerable adults to actively bridge the gap back into education, training and employment within a safe, non-judgemental environment.
Three hours per day or evening pending on groups needs.

Creative Confidence

An eight week photography course for women who want to use the arts to help build confidence by developing compositional skills, exploring communication whilst creating the perfect photograph!

Solutions: Stress in the workplace
​
A day's training to enable managers and their employees to explore how stress impacts business and the individual (mental, physical and financial) whilst gaining a deeper understanding of ways to alleviate and prevent it in the workplace.
